Choose your size of Seared Atlantic Salmon or Seared Ahi Tuna cooked the way you like it over choice of base, choice of vegetables and choice of sauces. You can add a skewer of Garlic or Spicy Jumbo Shrimp as a side.
Choose a Poke Salad with your choice of Hawaiian style pokes, an Asian Chicken Salad with mandarin oranges or your choice of Caesar Salads with crispy romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese and toasted croutons tossed with Caesar dressing. Add anchovies, grilled chicken or broiled salmon to make it a meal.
Choose from Grilled Chicken, Pulled Smoked Pork or Crusty Chicken with your choice of sauce and choice of sides. Comes with (2) scoops of sushi rice and (1) scoop of macaroni salad (substitutions allowed). Or choose a Mixed Plate with (2) entrees.
